What do I do if I am running late for my reservation?
It is important to let us know if you are running late, as your table may be booked for another reservation after your seating. Please call us to advise delay; otherwise we will hold the table for a period of 15 minutes.
Sarino’s will do its best to accommodate all seating requests, which are always noted at the time of the booking. However, preferred seating is not guaranteed. All allocations are dependent on reservation date and number of guests. Priority is given to those who book in advance. We will not disclose table allocations prior to arrival; however, will contact you if we have major concerns.
Bar Area – Can I enjoy a drink at the bar before my meal?
We encourage bookings and walk-ins for the bar area. There is a bar menu available as well as the extensive wine and cocktail list. For bar bookings for 10 guests or more, contact our reservations team on (02) 8884 2828.
Wine Decant Service
We have a select wine list available as part of our special decant service, if you are interested in ordering any of these wines, we will decant these wines for you before your event for the best wine experience. To organise please contact the venue on (02) 8884 2828 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Credit card details are required to secure bookings of 10 guests or more. Should you need to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your booking, or if you fail to arrive for your reservation, a cancellation charge of $70 per person will be incurred. Please contact us on (02) 8884 2828 to make any amendments to your reservation.
Children are welcome, however no minors are allowed in Sarino’s after 8pm. Please note we have minimal high chairs. If you require space for a pram or a high chair, please let us know and we can accommodate with prior notice.
Mullane’s Hotel / Sarino’s is located opposite Norwest Metro Station. If you wish to drive limited spaces are available and clearly outlined as Mullane’s Hotel.

Absolutely! We would love to host your large group! For group enquiries of 10 or more adults, a reduced set menu is offered. Contact our events team on email@example.com or call us on (02) 8884 2828 to discuss your booking or event.
Sarino’s features four private dining spaces catering from 6 – 14 people, set menus are available for our private dining experiences and will apply for any bookings of 10 or more adults. To book please contact the venue on (02) 8884 2828 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sarino’s dress code in each of our restaurants is smart casual. However, some guests choose to dress more formally, depending on the occasion and formality of the specific restaurant.
Please advise details of guests with food allergies when confirming final numbers. Whilst the Sarino’s team will do their utmost to ensure the said allergen is not in the meals prepared, we cannot guarantee it as our kitchen does use a wide variety of ingredients on a daily basis.
Sarino’s is a non-smoking venue.
Changes to the NSW Smoke-free Environment Act 2000 requires individuals to be at least 4 meters from any venue entrance, meaning guests are permitted to smoke downstairs in the courtyard. Please note, food and drink cannot be consumed in this area.

Absolutely! The restaurant is accessible for wheelchairs by a lift and is one level.
Cake & Candles – Can you do anything to help mark a special occasion?
Yes, we do, we love hosting special occasions!
With notice on your booking, we can provide a celebratory decorative message (maximum 2 words – i.e “Happy Birthday”) on the guest’s dessert choice.
You may bring your own cake however cakes attract a $5 per person cakeage when cut and served as petit fours for the table to share (no garnish). If you would like your cake served as a dessert with ice cream and seasonal berries, the cakeage fee is $10 per person.
