Sarino’s Restaurant and Bar, part of Momento Hospitality Group has successfully launched in Sydney’s North West (Bella Vista) and has quickly become a destination of choice for our guests.   As we are growing at a rapid pace we require a highly  experienced Restaurant Manager / Sommelier to take us to the next level, lead a passionate and dedicated team, oversee a world class standard of service, and work closely with our Illustrious Head Chef Joe Cavallo to deliver a memorable dining experience to each and every guest.

About Sarino’s:

  • Sarino’s Restaurant and Bar is a 96 seat restaurant and luxe bar offering an upmarket dining experience featuring rustic, modern Italian dishes paired with a specially curated beverage list
  • Sarino’s menu showcases the flavours and influences of Italian cuisine using modern cooking techniques to create traditional favourites in surprising ways
  • The beverage program features a 250-strong wine selection, a wide range of unique and super deluxe spirits, as well as a strong leaning towards Italian Aperitifs

Skills and experience you will require:

  • Extensive experience in high end/fine dining environments
  • A deep interest and passion for wine and curating wine & food matching experiences
  • Be ready to make a home for yourself in a growing group (Momento Hospitality has 3 other venues with 2 more on the way soon)
  • Lives in – or able to easily access – the North West suburbs of Sydney (metro at Restaurant door)
